I know that choosing an attorney is not an easy task. There are a lot of us out there, and it can be hard to tell the difference between the good ones and the not-so-good ones. I assure you I’m one of the good ones, but that’s probably what everybody says. I’ve included some information below that may help you get a better sense of my abilities, my values, and my style. If I were hiring an attorney, I would want to know these things. And of course, I’m more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
I think the most important things to know about me are that I’m smart, I work hard, and I care. I want to help you get where you need to go, and I want to make the process of getting there as painless as possible.

Carlos Loredo
Carlos E. Loredo, Esq. joined Nicholson P.C. in 2022 as an associate and assists in the representation of the firm’s individual and small business clients in bankruptcy matters.
Carlos is an active member of the local and national legal community. At the Boston Bar Association, he serves as co-chair of the Education Committee in the Bankruptcy Section to develop continuing legal education programs. Carlos also serves on the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Diversity Working Group, which enacts initiatives to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and the elimination of bias.
Carlos earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2019, where he was awarded the Social Change Award by the Student Bar Association. As a law student, Carlos interned for the Honorable Christopher J. Panos in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. After law school, Carlos was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2019; and in 2020, he served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Janet E. Bostwick in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Carlos is fluent in Spanish.
